Where We Ship

The Weekend Tape currently ships rental kits within the United States only. Standard shipping to you and prepaid return shipping are included with camcorder and Camp Snap Pro rental bookings unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.

When Your Cameras Arrive

We generally plan for delivery approximately three days before the wedding date, with a standard seven-calendar-day rental window. Your confirmed rental start and return-by dates appear with your booking. Carrier estimates shown by a shipping service are not your wedding-specific delivery commitment; please follow the booking communications we send for your actual schedule.

Delivery schedules may need adjustment for holidays, weather, carrier operations, incorrect addresses, or special venue and travel arrangements. Please provide an accurate, complete shipping address and a secure place to receive the package. If you need delivery to a planner, venue, or alternate address, contact us before shipping.

Rush Shipping

For weddings within eight days of booking, Rush Shipping may be added automatically: $95 when a camcorder kit is included, or $25 for a Camp Snap-only rental. Rush services depend on preparation capacity, destination, and carrier availability, and do not guarantee delivery by a specific time. If we cannot reasonably meet a rush shipment request, we will contact you about available options.

Rental Extensions

The standard rental includes seven calendar days. Additional rental days, when offered during booking, are $25 per day and extend the return-by date shown in the order. Contact us if your plans require a longer or unusual schedule.

Returning Your Cameras

Place all reusable cameras, memory cards, batteries, chargers, lights, cases, and supplied accessories back into the return packaging. Use the prepaid return label and the carrier instructions included with the kit, unless we have approved an alternate return method in writing. You do not need to download or transfer footage before sending the cameras back.

Your specific return-by date in the booking confirmation and written kit instructions controls. The standard return schedule is generally within three business days after the wedding and within the stated rental period. Tender the complete package to the approved return carrier by the specified deadline, and keep your drop-off receipt or tracking information until we confirm receipt.

Late returns, lost or missing items, and damage beyond ordinary wear may result in charges under the Kit Rental Agreement. If a shipment is delayed or you need help returning a kit, contact hello@theweekendtape.com right away.
